This is a LAN Party for people who like Factorio and want to play it for a whole weekend. We currently expect to host a group attempt to get the 40hr speedrun achievement, but other activities are TBD. Feel free to suggest some in the Discord if you have any ideas.
We have Wube’s permission to run this event, but other than that we’re not supported by or affiliated with them in any way.
Like most LAN parties, FLANParty is a Bring-Your-Own affair. We will provide a desk, a power socket, and an ethernet connection and the venue has some amenities (sleeping areas, a kitchen, etc) but pretty much everything after that is up to you. Please check out the What To Bring page if you’ve not been to a LAN party before and don’t know what you’ll need.
